Job requirements
- Design and deliver complex features and enhancements using AEM and React.js, ensuring alignment with enterprise engineering standards.
- Build reusable components and integration patterns across AEM, APIs, and enterprise systems to enable scalable solutions.
- Own L3 resolution of complex production issues and escalations from L2, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes through problem management.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, caching, replication, and integration failures across AEM, Dispatcher, CDN, and APIs to maintain optimal application health.
- Validate AEMaaCS release updates and manage Cloud Manager pipelines, addressing deployment issues proactively.
- Proactively monitor application health and reduce recurring incidents and alert noise.
- Identify and implement stability, security, and performance improvements, reducing technical debt.
- Conduct code reviews and guide L2 engineers on troubleshooting and fixes.
