Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager within Consumer Banking and Lending to lead the development and modernization of servicing capabilities supporting Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
This role will be responsible for delivering technology-enabled solutions that support customer account management, servicing operations, and other core servicing functions across the consumer lending portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring strong product management expertise, experience delivering complex technology products and platform capabilities, and the ability to understand how backend services support the broader end-to-end customer journey. This role partners closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and business teams to lead product strategy and execution, drive platform modernization initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen servicing capabilities, and support enterprise strategic objectives.
What You'll Lead
As a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager, you will help define the future of servicing experiences while modernizing the platforms and capabilities that support millions of customer interactions.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to develop and influence digital product strategies, initiatives, and long-term product roadmaps for servicing capabilities across the Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
- Drive modernization initiatives and technology investments that strengthen servicing operations and account management experiences.
- Define and execute digital servicing experiences that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, self-service adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the execution of highly complex business, customer, operational, and technical challenges requiring cross-functional and enterprise-wide alignment.
- Lead large-scale initiatives that require innovation, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance customer, business, operational, regulatory, and technology needs.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Experience Design, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, governance standards, and enterprise controls.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including business case development, requirements definition, backlog management, execution, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership, technical understanding, and a customer-first mindset with the ability to drive outcomes in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Product & Industry Experience
- Experience leading digital products, servicing capabilities, or customer account management solutions within Credit Card, Personal Lending, Consumer Banking, Payments, or other regulated industries, with a proven track record of managing products throughout the full lifecycle from strategy and requirements through delivery, launch, and optimization.
- Ability to understand end-to-end customer journeys and evaluate product decisions through customer, operational, business, and technology lenses.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build partnerships across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and design organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while driving successful product outcomes within complex, highly matrixed environments.
- Expertise working in Agile environments and leveraging Jira for product planning, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery execution.
- Technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver backend services, integrations, workflows, APIs, or platform capabilities that support customer servicing experiences.
