Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of complex digital initiatives across enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives, with a strong focus on personalization and experimentation capabilities. Deep expertise in use of Adobe Target and its use in marketing or regulated industries preferred.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop and influence digital product strategies, initiatives, and long-term roadmaps for complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring cross-functional and enterprise-wide alignment
- Deliver large-scale, forward-looking solutions that require innovation, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking
- Drive execution of complex initiatives by coordinating activities and providing guidance across teams
- Provide vision, direction, and subject matter expertise to senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives
- Partner effectively with Product Owners, XD, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
- Lead experimentation and personalization strategies leveraging tools such as Adobe Target to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize customer experiences
- Define and scale A/B and multivariate testing capabilities, including governance, frameworks, and performance measurement
- Drive integration between AEM, Adobe Target, and other marketing technologies to accelerate speed-to-market and experimentation at scale
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert in digital product management and strategy
- Own end-to-end digital capabilities, ensuring continuous evolution to improve customer experience, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Establish and drive capability roadmaps that enable sustainable growth in personalization, experimentation, and content delivery
- Lead efforts to operationalize digital capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across systems, workflows, and teams to accelerate time-to-market and improve delivery outcomes
- Define success metrics and continuously monitor performance to inform enhancements and maximize business value
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Adobe Target experience supporting personalization, experimentation, optimization, and scalable digital experience delivery

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
