- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define KPIs and performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn.
- Analyze subscription customer behavior and proactively identify growth, engagement, and retention opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve behavior tracking, data models, and data quality.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis formation, test design, statistical analysis, and post-test evaluation.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Identify analytical gaps and improve the data and reporting processes that support subscription product decisions.
- Establish and promote best practices for tracking, analytics, and measurement across subscription products.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Decision Scientist, or similar role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex SQL, including writing production-quality queries with minimal oversight.
- Strong experience in experimental design, statistical analysis, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- 3+ years of experience implementing custom tracking and establishing analytics best practices using a Customer Data Platform (CDP) such as Segment.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience working with dbt or ETL environments.
- Hands-on experience with client-side analytics and tagging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Amplitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
