Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Credit Vendor Program Sales Specialist to support Equpment Finance and Vendor Finance new program development efforts for bank clients and prospects.

This role will continue to build off of an established pipeline, identify new opportunities, collaborate with cross-enterprise relationship teams and senior leadership to strategically identify and engage program partner candidates. This role will lead and contribute to the structuring, underwriting and on-boarding of new programs.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Commercial Banking or Corporate & Investment Banking
- Lead the sourcing of new clients or growing of existing relationships for a given product or specialty in close coordination with coverage teams
- Understand clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
- Partner with client teams to independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including highly complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients, strategically leading internal coordination, and submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approval
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Partner with product management functional partners to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
- Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
- 7+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of Equipment or Vendor related credit or relationship management experience
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
