In this role, you will:
- Drive strategic client acquisition and portfolio growth by targeting companies with annual revenues up to $100MM, leveraging a strong professional network across North Texas to identify opportunities, expand market presence, and deepen client relationships.
- Develop, grow, and steward complex client relationships through advanced relationship management expertise. Anticipate client needs, shape strategic direction, manage expectations, and deliver data-driven insights that influence key financial decision-makers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in structuring, renewing, and modifying sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow facilities, real estate financing, and specialized industry offerings. Provide financial analysis, guide transaction strategy, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Lead the development and delivery of tailored commercial banking solutions by leveraging Wells Fargo's full suite of capabilities. Partner with product and functional leaders to align solutions with client business models, strategic objectives, and financial priorities.
- Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise on high-impact business initiatives within Commercial Banking Relationship Management. Influence cross-functional and enterprise-wide strategies that enhance client delivery, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
- Engage across the enterprise to strengthen processes, enhance risk management, resolve complex client matters, and advance business objectives. Represent Wells Fargo externally while serving internally as a mentor and trusted advisor to relationship management teams.
- Direct relationship planning and execution, including long-term account strategy, pipeline management, and accurate maintenance of client information and forecasting data within enterprise systems.
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to identify and cultivate new commercial banking opportunities, leveraging market relationships and industry expertise to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with Commercial Lending Product Management to inform product strategy and address evolving client and market needs. Influence the development and implementation of innovative credit solutions and enterprise initiatives that drive competitive advantage and client success.
- 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Drive strategic client selection and portfolio growth by focusing on companies with annual revenues up to $100MM, aligning business development efforts with market opportunity and growth objectives.
- Deep expertise in commercial banking solutions, including complex credit structures, treasury management, and integrated financial services for commercial and large corporate clients.
- Completion of formal credit training with advanced proficiency in credit underwriting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
- Proven track record of originating, securing, and expanding long-term client relationships through strategic engagement, deep market knowledge, and a strong professional network across North Texas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships while effectively mobilizing cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, client-centric experience and strengthen institutional partnerships.
- Strong leadership, influence, and relationship management skills, leveraging credibility and industry networks to advance business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risk while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, operational controls, and enterprise governance standards.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.
