As a Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP Sales & Distribution) at Collins Aerospace, you will help design, implement, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions that enable efficient Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes across our global business.
You will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions, improve business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment.
What You Will Do
• Design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support Order Management processes, including:
- Quotations and Standard Orders
- Consignment Processing
- Scheduling Agreements
- Returns, Credit and Debit Memos
- ATP/GATP and Back Order Processing
- Pricing and Billing
- Customer Master Data
- Material Determination and Sales BOM
• Support Logistics Execution processes, including:
- Inbound and Outbound Deliveries
- Third-Party and Drop Shipments
- Route Determination
- Packing Instructions and Handling Units
- Shipping Documents and Bill of Lading
- Customer-specific Labels
• Collaborate with teams across SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Finance (FI/CO), Warehouse, and Global Trade Services (GTS).
• Troubleshoot system and application issues, including basic debugging and SMARTFORMS support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support global teams, including occasional alternate shifts to align with U.S. time zones.

• Working knowledge of:
