Job Overview

As a Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP Sales & Distribution) at Collins Aerospace, you will help design, implement, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions that enable efficient Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes across our global business.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions, improve business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment.

What You Will Do

• Design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.

• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Support Order Management processes, including:

• Quotations and Standard Orders
• Consignment Processing
• Scheduling Agreements
• Returns, Credit and Debit Memos
• ATP/GATP and Back Order Processing
• Pricing and Billing
• Customer Master Data
• Material Determination and Sales BOM

• Support Logistics Execution processes, including:

• Inbound and Outbound Deliveries
• Third-Party and Drop Shipments
• Route Determination
• Packing Instructions and Handling Units
• Shipping Documents and Bill of Lading
• Customer-specific Labels

• Collaborate with teams across SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Finance (FI/CO), Warehouse, and Global Trade Services (GTS).

• Troubleshoot system and application issues, including basic debugging and SMARTFORMS support.

• Participate in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

• Support global teams, including occasional alternate shifts to align with U.S. time zones.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

• Strong experience in:

• Order Management
• Pricing and Billing
• ATP/GATP
• Customer Master Data
• Logistics Execution and Deliveries

• Working knowledge of:

• Material Master
• IDOC Processing
• SMARTFORMS

• Experience in:

• SAP Configuration
• Requirements Gathering
• Unit and Integration Testing
• Production Support

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.

• Knowledge of:

• SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• SAP Material Management (MM)
• SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• Warehouse and Logistics integrations

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other global organizations.

• Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
