We are seeking a results-driven leader who excels at guiding complex initiatives from concept to successful delivery. This role is responsible for driving critical work forward, proactively managing risk, enabling change across teams, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and confident challenging assumptions to uncover risks and clarify priorities.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Drive high-impact initiatives from intake through execution, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and timely completion.
  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints before they impact delivery.
  • Ask the right questions to surface ambiguity, challenge thinking, and enable informed decisions at the right time.
  • Establish clear outcomes, milestones, and success metrics; maintain momentum and accountability throughout execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Enable and support change by preparing teams, addressing resistance, and ensuring new capabilities are adopted and sustained.
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear plans, narratives, and executive-ready communications.
  • Monitor progress, manage tradeoffs, and escalate issues decisively with options and recommendations.
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working to increase speed, quality, and predictability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise or technology-driven initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Change enablement expertise, including communication, readiness planning, and adoption support.
  • 5+ years of risk and governance experience

  • Advanced risk and dependency management mindset-comfortable operating in ambiguity and complexity.
  • Exceptional critical thinking; known for asking insightful questions that uncover root causes and hidden risks.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach balanced with pragmatism and decisiveness.
  • Working in environments undergoing transformation, modernization, or operating model change.
  • Experience within IT, digital, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data initiatives (depending on your org).
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery models.
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
