Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to define how performance is measured, managed, and rewarded across the National Branch Network. This role is responsible for designing performance metrics, customer attribution frameworks, and peer benchmarking models that align business strategy to field execution and incentive compensation.
This role will act as a central integrator across strategy, data, product, finance, incentive compensation teams, and various partners to ensure performance measurement is consistent, transparent, and drives desired business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop branch and banker performance metrics aligned to growth priorities, including deposits, checking, and customer deepening
- Define metric logic, eligibility rules, and performance thresholds for integration into incentive compensation
- Ensure alignment between leading indicators, business outcomes, and pay for performance structures
- Partner with data, product, and compensation teams to implement metrics within reporting platforms and incentive plans
- Standardize and simplify dashboards to improve transparency, consistency, and field usability
- Define Branch Customer List frameworks, including customer inclusion criteria and portfolio attribution
- Establish rules for customer ownership aligned to branch P&L and partner cross functionally to operationalize enhancements
- Design branch and district peer groups incorporating market opportunity, complexity, and customer mix to enable fair performance comparisons
- Embed peer group frameworks into reporting, incentives, and field routines
- Translate business priorities into clear requirements for data, technology, and cross functional partners and drive end to end execution
- Establish governance processes and continuously monitor performance outcomes to refine metrics, attribution, and benchmarking frameworks
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis supporting sales organizations, with a focus on performance measurement, data modeling, and building dashboards that deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance and business outcomes
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, with focus on consumer banking or lending
- Experience designing and implementing field performance frameworks or incentive compensation that drive business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of retail banking and branch performance, including drivers of growth and field behavior
- Experience with customer segmentation and portfolio strategy
- Experience building and optimizing reporting dashboards to support performance management, decision making, and strategy
- Proven ability to influence and align senior executive stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience translating enterprise strategy into scalable operating models, frameworks, and execution plans
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives or enterprise transformation efforts across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to drive adoption and sustained behavioral change
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

In this role, you will:
