JR49129 Senior L&D Specialist

Responsibilities and Tasks 

 

Partner with Leaders, HR Business Partners, Key Stakeholders, and Subject Matters Experts to Deliver Solutions for GLAD & LD at Micron 

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge of business and people strategies, requirements, and deliverables 

· Provide direction/guidance on GLAD & LD strategy and framework 

· Implement solutions and provide tools to customers within standard, designated frameworks 

· Identify and share GLAD & LD Key Performance Indicators across partnering networks 

· Coordinate and facilitate events and workshops 

· Advise partners on organizational communication messaging and effectiveness 

 

Develop, Deploy, and Assess GLAD & LD Programs and Solutions to Grow Leadership Capability to Address Micron’s Business Needs  

· Assess and analyze leadership and capabilities and define performance gaps 

· Implement solutions with the appropriate change plans to address the various settings and business contexts for multiple functions and geographical locations in Asia. 

· Create deliverables and establish success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs 

· Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of adjunct facilitators and trainers in supporting the program delivery 

· Identify and implement changes needed to the learning solution based on an evaluation result 

 

Facilitate GLAD & LD Programs 

· Facilitate engaging GLAD & LD programs incorporating Adult Learning Principles. 

· Ensure relevance, consistency, and quality of programs through learner-focused delivery of content and training materials for multiple levels of leadership. 

· Serve as subject matter expert regarding curriculum and real-life application to maximize learning experience.  

· Provide a safe working environment through effective facilitator/participant relationship building. Work with business partners to ensure learning application and behavioral modification to achieve desired results. 

 

Manage Tools, Processes, Platforms, and Systems 

· Identify tools, processes, systems, and resources for GLAD & LD at Micron 

· Implement, evaluate, and deploy the tools, systems, and resources to support GLAD & LD 

· Deploy programs to enable mentoring and coaching for leadership development and team effectiveness at Micron. 

                  

Manage Projects 

· Design project plans aligned to business and organization “drivers” and goals 

· Align change management plan to project plan as needed 

· Perform needs analysis to identify business impacts on supporting requests or projects 

· Identify project sponsors and stakeholders and ensure advocacy and support 

· Determine required resources, recruiting and organizing project teams as needed 

· Lead or participate in project design and sub-teams to ensure deliverables and timeframes meet expectations 

· Communicate project status, goals, and overall effectiveness to stakeholders, including “lessons learned” 

· Partner with external vendors and/or internal functions as needed to execute the project plan
