You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:
- Providing legal assistance in renewable energy projects in Latvia, including matters related to WTG/PV/BESS supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements FIDIC, claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters
- Preparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation
- Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on relevant legal issues
- Master’s degree in law
- At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in construction and/or real estate
- Proficiency in English and experience working with international teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e.g., business teams)
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutions
