- Lead the development of dynamic and scalable web applications using LAMP technologies .
- Customize and develop plugins, themes, and APIs in WordPress.
- Design and implement database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Work with project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and assist with skill development.
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience with the LAMP stack .
- 3+ years of experience working with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Knowledge of PHP and its frameworks
- Proficiency in MySQL, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience with noSql databases like mongodb
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
- Solid experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with server configurations and optimizations.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
