Sr. Key Account Specialist Walmart is responsible for supporting the management and growth of a strategic customer account by providing analytical, operational, and commercial support that drives account performance and execution. The role transforms customer, sales, inventory, and market data into actionable insights, helping identify opportunities, mitigate risks, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize sales, profitability, and customer outcomes. What You Will Do
- Analyze customer, sales, inventory, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive account growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI tracking to support business planning and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, product launches, pricing strategies, and other customer-focused initiatives.
- Manage account operations by ensuring accurate pricing, promotional setup, item maintenance, and resolution of order or service issues.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness, trade investments, and pricing performance to optimize business results and return on investment.
- Prepare business reviews, performance updates, presentations, and customer meeting materials while supporting customer engagement events and activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with a strong understanding of commercial and customer-focused business practices.
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, account management support, customer insights, or a related business function.
- Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally to support forecasting, reporting, customer account planning, and performance management initiatives.
