We're looking for a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager with a passion for client success to join our high-performing Sales team and make a significant impact in the Nordic markets. What will you deliver?

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you'll take the lead in driving growth by managing client relationships and boosting account value year-over-year through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, understanding their unique challenges, proposing creative solutions, and skilfully negotiating deals to meet their needs. Working closely with our talented research and client services teams, you’ll ensure that every client interaction delivers exceptional value.

Under the mentorship of the Head of Commercial, Nordics, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future direction of key accounts and sectors.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Proven success managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

  • A track record of deepening client relationships, with experience in upselling and cross-selling a variety of services.

  • Expertise in identifying custom research opportunities and scoping projects that drive additional value.

  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives, delivering insights and driving engagement.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Proficiency in sales pipeline management tools like Salesforce or similar CRMs.

  • Exceptional presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

You have a passion for data and analytics, coupled with a commercial mindset and can-do attitude:

  • Relevant client facing B2B experience, either in a commercial function or elsewhere.

  • Fluent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Danish.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • A team player with a positive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to understand client needs and requests within market research and a service minded attitude.

  • Data driven and structured person.
