Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mooresville, NC. (3 days in office per week)
- Leverage expertise and experience growing Bosch power tool business at Lowe's to manage a simple core business and drive the brand into new departments within Lowe's
- Utilize growth mindset to find new opportunities, lead the brand into creating the right solutions for Lowe's and successfully selling in and through at Lowe's
- Quickly and effectively bring Lowe's customers digital experience with the brand to the next level (strong marketing support to achieve)
- Manage and implement existing Bosch strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes
- Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members
- Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements
- Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing pattern
Qualifications
- Omni-channel experience with strong sales and digital focus and mindset
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Lowe's merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
