Please note: This position can be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Slough and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a member of the Western Europe Amazon KAM team within our WE B2B E-Commerce Centre of Excellence.
Build on our strong customer relationship and deliver sustainable growth
Be strategic in building a sustainable commercial plan
Be detailed oriented in the planning and delivering the commercial plan
Manage and deliver a sustainable P&L
Work collaboratively with the UK BU, which includes brand, digital marketing, forecasting, customer operations, and customer development
Work collaboratively within the Centre of Excellence – both with KAM colleagues and the other digital aspects (Performance marketing, Analytics, Content)
Have a learning mentality to adapt to Amazon’s evolving retail, media and operational environment

The Western Europe Amazon KAM team is responsible for the delivery and execution of the LEGO business strategy and must deliver profitable and sustainable growth through Amazon. Our role is to be a trusted partner who strives to get the right products and experiences, in the right place, at the right time and drive a mutually beneficial business plan in collaboration with the retailer. The role of a Senior KAM is to represent the LEGO Group in their day to day interactions with our business partners and in true LEGO fashion have fun doing it.
Do you have what it takes
Several years experience in Key Account Management with a focus on eCommerce
Proven successes of working with Amazon or within Amazon
Strong commercial understanding
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of data to gather insights paired with ability to plan strategically with your account
Strong relationship management experience both internally and externally with significant exposure to presenting your ideas and work and convincing others
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management in a fast paced team environment
Knowledge of E-commerce fundamentals within retail digital platforms
Business fluent English language skills
