And now, we’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to help us shape the future with top european accounts like Tom&Co, MaxiZoo, Aveve, Pharmapets and more.
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will be part of the BeNeLux Pet Specialty Retail Sales team, which is embedded in the Royal Canin West Europe cluster. This means you’ll work in a high-performing, international environment with exposure to best practices and growth opportunities across the region.

What are we looking for?Commercial drive & customer focus – you thrive in negotiations, seek solutions, and turn opportunities into growth
Proven experience – 4+ years in Key Account Management or Sales at HQ level, ideally in FMCG, Retail or Pet Care
Strategic mindset – you can balance short-term wins with long-term partnerships
Analytical skills – you make decisions based on insights, not just instinct
Languages – Tri-langual (Dutch, French and English, all at business proficiency)
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with the biggest Pet Specialty Retail players in BeNeLux
Negotiate JBPs (Joint Business Plans), trade terms, promotions and activations that deliver win–win results
Drive category growth, visibility and excellence in execution both offline and online
Work closely with marketing, supply chain and field sales to bring plans to life
Analyse customer performance, market trends and competitor activity — and translate insights into action
Take full ownership of your accounts including P&L responsibility, demand planning and budget management
Invest yourself into company wide initiatives around responsible pet ownership together with Mars colleagues
