Job Description
Role: JDE E1 CNC Administrator
Job Summary:
Reporting to the JDE E1 Team leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This is a specialized technical role that acts as the technical backbone connecting the application, database, and system infrastructure.
The JDE E1 CNC Administrator will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, training, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ability to work under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail, solve problems independently, contribute in a team environment, and meet rigid deadlines are critical success factors in this role.
This role requires evening and weekend availability as needed.

Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments, including path codes such as Development, UAT, and Production.
Manage Object Management Workbench data mappings and related CNC configuration activities.
Build, deploy, and track software changes, updates, and custom objects throughout the organization.
Monitor system performance, including CPU, memory, and disk input/output.
Utilize Server Manager to monitor kernel processes and optimize application and web servers.
Set up and maintain role-based user access, object-level security, and segregation of duties.
Apply Electronic Software Updates, Application Software Updates, Tools Release updates, and Service Pack updates.
Collaborate with database administrators to manage and support databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and IBM iSeries/DB2.
Troubleshoot JD Edwards printing issues and support related infrastructure components.
Support disaster recovery, backups, and high-availability solutions.
Work with technical and functional teams to resolve system issues across multiple environments.
Support middleware integration, automation tools, cloud-hosted JD Edwards environments, and related system integrations.
Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
3 to 10 or more years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC administration, preferably with releases E9.1 and E9.2.
Strong hands-on experience with relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and IBM iSeries/DB2.
Strong familiarity with J2EE application servers such as WebLogic and WebSphere.
Experience supporting enterprise server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and AIX.
Knowledge of BSSV, Orchestrator Studio, and JD Edwards integrations.
Experience with cloud integrations and cloud-hosted JD Edwards environments, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, considered an asset.
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues spanning multiple environments.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to create technical documentation, business presentations, and power user training materials.
Knowledge of middleware integration and automation tools.
Understanding of disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Evening and weekend availability required as needed.
