About the position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Developer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about systems design and development, have hands-on experience in Java/JEE Web/Web services/mobile-related frameworks, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support online and mobile projects and based with other Appnovation team members in our client offices in Hong Kong.
You will have the opportunity to
- Build maintainable, scalable, high availability systems/applications.
- Ensure the quality of the code and structure design.
- Writing unit-testing code including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Manage technical project for mobile payments
- Acquire and discuss requirements with internal and external users
- Prepare documentation such as project management plan, functional specification and technical specification
- Perform system design, testing, support and maintenance
Who you are
- Bachelor degree holder major in Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in systems' design and development
- Hands-on experience in Java / JEE Web / Web services / Springboot Framework and mobile related frameworks
- Experienced on handling high transaction volumes would be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in payment systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge in cloud-native architecture will be an advantage
- A good team player and self-motivated
- Communication skills in Cantonese and English
