The Senior Ivalua Specialist leverages deep techno-functional expertise to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Ivalua platform. These solutions optimize global S2C and P2P processes and integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and the broader financial ecosystem. This role bridges complex business and finance requirements with robust configurations and integrations that equip the finance community with reliable tools and clear, actionable insights. Success in this position means acting as a trusted techno-functional authority, delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that keep our platforms reliable and efficient, while continuously evolving the tools that empower Booking Holdings and its subsidiaries’ financial operations.

In this role you will get to:

  • Designs and implements technical Ivalua solutions for new finance initiatives , following business objectives and goals , in order to transform "as-is" processes and meet evolving organizational needs.

  • Drives innovation as a catalyst for emerging technology by leveraging Ivalua’s Gen AI capabilities and ML tools to automate workflows , using financial insights and platform data (Guidance), to deliver advanced operational insights such as real-time spend visibility and predictive analytics.

  • Sets technical strategy and defines roadmaps for business-impacting projects , in alignment with the Financial Systems team’s vision , to ensure scalable and innovative long-term solutions.

  • Manages the full project lifecycle and quality of changes from planning through go-live hypercare , adhering to compliance and development methodologies , to ensure high-quality delivery and system stability.

  • Coaches and mentors less experienced team members on their craft and technical skills , by providing guidance and setting a role-model example , in order to improve team effectiveness and individual growth.

  • Translates complex business requirements into detailed system configurations and functional design documents , through partnership with business owners and digital teams , to deliver products that remove financial friction.

What you have:

  • Senior Expertise in Ivalua: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in solution configuration and maintenance, including 3 full-cycle, end-to-end implementations covering both S2C and P2P modules.

  • Technical Certifications - L3 in Integration (API, EAI, ETL), S2C, and P2P modules are required

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL is required and experience managing complex integrations using SFTP, APIs (REST/SOAP), Web Services, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and EDI.

  • Multi-ERP Ecosystem Architecture: Proven experience integrating Ivalua with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; familiarity with SAP FI, SAP MM and VIM is an advantage.

  • Functional Domain: Deep end-to-end knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, and invoicing (GR/IR), with the ability to leverage Ivalua PBI for advanced operational insights.

  • Strategic Delivery & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $143,100-$174,900.
