Seeking a Senior ITFM Consultant to support the implementation of ITFM Framework and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for Technology.
Consultant will be a member of Technology Business Management team and will work across multiple technology and organizational domains.
This role is on-site in NYC
Please note that this is a high level finance role - CTO/CIO/Director level - client is not looking for a program or project manager.
You will:
• Provide critical advisory and support for the rollout and implementation of the ITFM Framework.
• Support buildout of the IT Financial Architecture across multiple legacy and new tool sets.
• Advise on proper modifications and upgrades of existing PPM solution to align with business requirements and ITFM Framework.
• Perform the assessment of Technology cost allocation / recovery process and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Support and advise on Technology Service Catalog implementation and rollout.
You Have:
• 20+ years of experience in Technology Business Management.
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Cost Allocations, IT Service Catalog, or IT Asset Management.
• Significant experience with implementing and managing various ITFM tools such as Apptio, Magic Orange, or ComSci. Any Clarity experience a big plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Process-oriented, focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks.
• Ability to follow data-driven approaches and manipulate large sets.
