Qualifications
- 4-year college degree (IT relevance preferred)
- 4+ years of IT support experience
- 3+ years of Windows Server experience
- 1+ years of Cisco switch experience
- Advanced competency in IP network switches, routers, firewalls
- Other helpful experience: ConnectWise, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, VMware, SonicWall
Certifications

- Cisco CCNA or CCIE
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
