The ITRS IT Support works internally within the organization to keep and maintain the working environment as efficient as to everyone’s role. Internal Support provides technical assistance to ITRS offices, globally. This includes supporting the underlying infrastructure of the offices and staff IT issues.

The Senior IT Systems Administrator will report to Global IT Infrastructure Manager and will manage the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, cloud facilities servers and networks.

You will be responsible for (Level 1 basic support, level 2 in-depth analysis, Level 3 root cause investigation and correction, including working with technical departments and staff), helping ITRS staff with their IT issues.

You will be involved with every aspect of IT in the organization, from procurement to granular support for processes and users.

As a Senior IT Systems Administrator, you will:

• Contribute to and maintain the continuity of the IT infrastructure in the APAC region, but with input across the ITRS Group.
• Help enhance efficiency in every department by providing the necessary tools and equipment essential to the individual roles.
• Coordinate with team leads for their requirement for hardware, peripherals, software, access, and cloud provisioning.
• Work with multiple partners, such as DevOps and Customer Success teams for the proper designation of roles and handling/preventive maintenance of the servers.
• Manage the cybersecurity of ITRS across assets, resources, software, hardware, infrastructure, access codes and firewalls.
• Contribute to the positive user experience in using IT and security infrastructure and equipment.

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience within IT Support, Desktop Support, L2 or L3 infrastructure support.

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in at least 4 of the following skills or disciplines.
• System Administrator Linux, and windows servers.
• Virtualised environments (VMWare)
• Network administration and troubleshooting.
• Windows Active Directory and AzureAD/Entra.
• Data Backup management
• Desktop and user support experience.
• Data Centre support experience.
• IT Procurement
• Desirable:
• Cloud computing administration in AWS / S3 /EFS / Google / Azure
• Certification: CCNE, CCNA, ITIL or security certification.
• Firewall management
• Database administration
