Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT or technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Solid experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and helpdesk operations.
- Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or logistics environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL Certification (required).
- MS 365, Google Workspace, and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) knowledge.
