Kredivo Group is hiring a Senior IT Specialist - Application and Identity. This role owns the design, development, and operation of internal tools, automations, and reporting systems across a growing multi-country IT environment.

The role drives the conversion of IT Application and Identity processes into automated workflows and observable systems. The specialist works across the Application and Identity verticals, collaborating closely with IT Ops, Infrastructure, and other business stakeholders.

The role operates with a high degree of independence by owning problems end-to-end from requirement gathering through to production deployment.

About the job:

  • Automation Engineering: Build and maintain automation workflows using Jira Automation, N8N, Cloud Run, and Python. These workflows reduce manual business process overhead and eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Internal Application Development: Develop and maintain internal web applications that process IT operational data, IAM processes, and service health.
  • Data Pipeline and Visibility: Build and manage data pipelines that feed operational dashboards. The role connects data sources and delivers outputs through Metabase.
  • IAM Process Visibility: Convert Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including user provisioning, access reviews, and offboarding, into structured, auditable workflows. These workflows produce data that feeds a number of dashboards and reports.
  • Business Analysis: Work directly with IT Leads, Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational problems. The role documents requirements and converts them into scoped technical deliverables.
  • R&D: Independently scope and evaluate new technologies relevant to the team's evolving needs. The role produces proof-of-concepts and clear recommendations. An example, building a log monitoring solution for a new office infrastructure.
  • Cross-Vertical Alignment: Maintain alignment with Operations, Infrastructure, and Identity verticals. This ensures that automations and applications reflect current processes and support active initiatives.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain technical and process documentation for all owned systems, automations, and dashboards. Documentation must enable other team members to operate, extend, or troubleshoot independently.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or IT platform engineering, with demonstrable output in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience building automation workflows using at least two of: N8N, Jira Automation, Python, or Google Cloud Run.
  • Proficiency in full-stack web development using React with Express.js or Next.js, with the ability to deliver functional internal tools end-to-end.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, and ClickHouse, covering schema design, query writing, and basic data pipeline management.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining dashboards in Metabase or equivalent BI tools. The candidate connects live data sources and translates operational questions into visual reports.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clearly scoped technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, such as: user lifecycle management, RBAC, access reviews, and directory services, is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to independently scope and execute technical explorations, and deliver structured updates to the team.
  • High sense of ownership: the candidate identifies gaps within their scope and proposes solutions proactively, with minimal direction.
  • Strong written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to produce clear technical and process documentation.
