Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
- Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
- Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.
