About the role
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. In this role, you will lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering a given strategic initiative
- Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
- Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners
- Directly manages all parts for the project life cycle and works with matrix IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases of a project
- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost and quality parameters
Required:
- 7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a Multi National Company
- Bachelors degree in business, finance or technology
- PMP/PRINCE 2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification Required
Skills you need to succeed:
- Proven experience with full scale ERP implementations and Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively with solid influencing skills
