You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in the public sector or with government clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred).
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello for project tracking and reporting.
