We are currently searching for a Senior IT Project Implementation Manager (ERP & Infrastructure):

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
• Oversee complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including cloud migrations and network upgrades.
• Support IT organizational restructuring efforts, aligning service models with long-term institutional strategies.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs, providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Science) and external vendors to ensure integrated delivery.
• Enforce project governance and compliance frameworks across all technology initiatives.
• Drive change management and communication plans to ensure high adoption of new systems and processes.
• Mentor and guide project team members and external contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing at least one full-cycle ERP implementation (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Solid background in large-scale infrastructure, network, or cloud security projects.
• Experience in projects involving organizational restructuring or IT operating model transformations.
• Strong expertise in vendor and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Desired:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certification: PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in multicultural or international environments.

• English: Excellent verbal and written skills (Fluent).
• Spanish: Excellent verbal and written skills (Fluent).
