- Over 10 years of IT and business experience, with at least 7 years in project management, ideally within manufacturing or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to lead large programmes that deliver measurable business improvements
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting spend
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence, motivate and drive change across global teams
