🔍 About the Role

As our new IT Program Manager, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs across the global JBT Marel organization. You will work across business and IT domains including ERP, governance, security, compliance, and enterprise applications.

You will be part of a highly international environment, collaborating with senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners. In this role, you translate strategy into execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders, systems, and regions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Your daily to-do list will look a lot like this:

Program & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead global, enterprise-wide IT transformation programs across multiple domains and regions
  • Define and manage integrated delivery plans, governance structures, and RAID management
  • Align business objectives, IT strategy, and operational execution
  • Ensure delivery accountability across teams, vendors, and partners

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Lead steering committees and executive governance forums
  • Present program progress, risks, and decisions clearly at executive level
  • Translate complex topics into concise, business-driven communication

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Drive governance frameworks, controls, and audit readiness
  • Oversee risk management, escalation, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment with compliance standards (SOX, ISO, etc.)
  • Manage audit programs and remediation efforts

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead global, multidisciplinary teams without direct authority
  • Align stakeholders across IT, finance, tax, and business functions
  • Drive collaboration across regions and organizational structures
  • Support change management and transformation adoption

Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor program performance (scope, budget, milestones, quality)
  • Establish dashboards and reporting for decision-making
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
  • Continuously improve delivery frameworks and governance maturity

The job requires the ability to travel on an as-needs basis which is estimated to 5-10% of your time.
