Sernior IT Program Manager

We are seeking a Sernior IT Program Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Sernior IT Program Manage at Marsh, you will be responsible for managing compliance projects, developing strategic roadmaps, and driving collaboration across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to engage with executives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to website compliance standards and regulations.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and facilitate regular meetings with executive stakeholders to review website compliance status, risks, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manage and provide leadership to direct reports, ensuring effective team performance and development.
  • Design and prototype innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance compliance efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for website compliance efforts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, Marketing, Privacy, and Security to align compliance activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to update compliance standards and policies accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the Website Compliance Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Oversee documentation and reporting related to website compliance requirements and audits.
  • Prepare executive presentations for leadership team.
  • Experiment with new technologies and participate in internal/external technology communities to keep up with technical trends.
  • Oversee the operationalization of any compliance policies and standards that require technical solutions or that currently employ different technical compliance approaches.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Compliance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in compliance, digital, or technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading meetings and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of website compliance standards, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and cookie compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with compliance tools, project management software, and reporting dashboards.
  • Advanced Level of English is a Must
