Change Leadership & Agile Coaching
Lead the adoption and implementation of agile practices across IT and business teams.
Establish value streams to organize, prioritize, and demonstrate the impact of IT initiatives.
Coach teams and individuals to embrace an agile mindset and iterative delivery.
Process & Technology Management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate across departments to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value.
Introduce tools and techniques that enhance IT efficiency and effectiveness.
Planning & Fiscal Management
Partner with AGP business units to define business value and ROI for IT initiatives.
Prioritize work based on strategic impact and organizational goals.
Ensure IT investments align with company priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You Bring
Strong ability to coach and guide teams in agile practices.
Experience analyzing applications and processes to deliver business value.
Excellent planning, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT or position-related experience.
Experience in agricultural or manufacturing industries is a plus.
