We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Portfolio Analyst to lead strategic portfolio initiatives and drive value delivery across the organization!

Mission:
The Senior IT Portfolio Analyst provides strategic leadership for the IT portfolio, ensuring that all initiatives deliver maximum business value and align with organizational priorities. This role drives portfolio governance, optimizes resource and financial performance, and enables informed decision-making through data-driven insights. Acting as a key partner to senior stakeholders, the IT Portfolio Manager ensures transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement across the entire portfolio lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management and Governance
Lead and continuously improve demand intake, qualification, and prioritization processes across all demand sources, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
Manage and oversee the IT project and program portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and Holding strategy.
Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders for creating a standardized portfolio analysis.
Define and lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication with PCH and key stakeholders.
Lead and oversee quarterly capacity planning and demand-capacity analysis, ensuring alignment with resource managers for optimal resource allocation and delivery feasibility.
Maintain transparent demand pipeline and governance artifacts.
Implement and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, prioritization criteria, standardization and performance metrics.
Portfolio Analysis & Insights
Establish and maintain a structured approach for portfolio analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
Conduct advanced data analysis, generate insights, and provide forecasting to support strategic decisions and portfolio optimization.
Track portfolio performance.
Provide insights on portfolio alignment and capacity utilization.
Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio budgets, resource utilization and timelines.
Facilitate portfolio review meetings, ensuring transparency on project health, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
Risk and Financial Oversight
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks under responsibility within the IT portfolio.
Escalate risks identified in the Delivery areas to the proper forums.
Partner with Finance teams to maintain a consolidated and transparent view of portfolio budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Support audit processes with Portfolio reports, as requested.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs, and implement dashboards to track portfolio performance, benefits realization, and delivery effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Support internal Portfolio-related skills development
Coach and mentor team members aspiring to become Portfolio Analysts or Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Participate in interviews and provide feedback on potential candidates.
Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes for colleagues in department.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience in portfolio management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity PPM, Planview, ServiceNow, Jira Align, MS Project Online) and data visualization platforms.
