We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations Engineer to help ensure our infrastructure runs securely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support / maintain IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Desktops/Laptops (Windows 11)
  • Imaging machines for general employee laptops, QA laptops and developer desktops
  • Day to day administrative works on Office 365, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and ensure all endpoints are update to date with patches and secured.5.
  • Work with the Operations Team to provide a high level of service to our internal staff in our Sydney, Melbourne and overseas offices.
  • Knowledge of Azure services, networking, security, identity, and cost governance 
  • Great understanding of security compliance, such as PCI DSS, SOC2 TYPE2, ISO27001, IRAP and ASCS Essential Eight
  • Involve in Operations projects, such as on-premise server to Azure migration; SIEM enhancement via Azure Sentinel.
  • Provide support for our hosted applications in data centre and Azure

    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Office 365
    • Proactive. Willing to take responsibility. Eyes on details.
    • Must have proven commercial experience supporting Windows Server platforms, Workstations to Windows 11, Microsoft Intune and Azure Entra ID5
    • Must have exposure to firewall, switch and router technologies
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
    • Enjoy working as part of a team.
    • Self-starter with a passion for integrating new technology
    • Can do attitude and flexible working hours

    Nice to Have

    • Commercial experience supporting Azure Hybrid environment
    • Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for End Point, Microsoft Purview.
    • Sentinel One
    • Linux skill
    • SQL administrative skill
    • Azure backup
