At Entegris, a Sr Network Engineer will focus on developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly SD-WAN, InfoSec, and network infrastructure elements. This role may be assigned leadership and mentorship responsibilities and possesses a strong automation and scripting background. 

In this role you will: 

• Ability to operate at varying levels including network infrastructure strategy, technical design, and implementation 

• Capable of collaborating with stakeholders and project leaders to understand requirements, deliverables, and set expectations for deliverables 

• Responsible for implementation, and maintenance of data center, cloud, and end-user network architectures. Works with leadership, architects, and infrastructure teams to analyze and improve current data center networks, SD-WAN solutions, LAN solutions, and cloud environments 

• Automate the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure related tasks and solutions 

• Manage effective relationships and work in partnership with various IT and business teams, vendors, etc., for the implementation and support of network infrastructure products and services 

• Create, and update documentation on new or existing platforms that include equipment lists/diagrams, and budgetary and system specifications 

• Provide training and technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to IT staff and end-users when applicable 

What we seek: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education 
• 8+ years’ experience in networking technologies including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wireless Networking, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, and administration of routers/switches with a proven record of successful deployment and management of network security solutions at a mid to large-scale enterprise network 
• Experience with: Palo Alto Firewalls 
• Experience with: Cisco, Meraki, and/or Dell Switches 
• Experience with: SD-WAN
• Routing Protocol knowledge (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and experience with QOS 
• Strong Core/Distributed/Edge/Access, data center, and wireless experience 
• Experience planning and executing projects that require contribution from cross-functional team members. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- this role is heavily collaborative 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in a manufacturing vertical including experience with operational technology and industrial networks 

• CISSP, CEH, SANS Security and other industry and vendor specific security certifications highly preferred
