The Team

Technology is at the heart of PVH’s strategy and supports the continued growth of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. The global Information Technology organization defines PVH’s technology strategy, standards and operating model, and delivers the capabilities and services that enable business growth.

Global IT is organized across three major regions: EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Within EMEA, the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization ensures the reliable and consistent delivery of IT services in line with globally defined strategies and standards.

The Senior IT Manager, EMEA Southwest, is part of the EMEA I&O organization, with a regional remit covering office and retail locations in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

The Position

Reporting to the IT Director, Infrastructure & Operations EMEA, the Senior IT Manager, EMEA Southwest, is responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations across the region. The role serves as the senior regional interface between local business teams and the global IT organization, coordinating the implementation of global services and standards and representing regional business and operational needs within the global IT framework.

The Senior IT Manager oversees regional service performance and coordinates vendor management, demand intake, escalations, regional initiatives and continuous improvement. A key focus of the role is coordinating IT readiness throughout the retail store lifecycle. Working closely with the EMEA Service Delivery Manager, global service owners, vendors and local support resources, the role ensures that service issues and business needs are addressed by the appropriate service owners and delivery teams. Within this operating model, first-line support is provided by PVH’s global service desk, while local hands-on support is delivered through dedicated local support resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional IT Operations & Service Performance: Ensure reliable IT operations across EMEA Southwest by monitoring service performance, identifying recurring issues, and coordinating corrective actions with the relevant service owners and delivery teams.
  • Retail IT Delivery & Store Lifecycle: Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings, temporary stores, refurbishments, relocations, and closures across EMEA Southwest. Align business requirements, global standards, vendors, budgets, timelines, service activation, operational handover, and decommissioning to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Business Partnership & Demand Management: Partner with local and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear IT demand, assess impact and urgency, and represent and track prioritized requirements through the global demand process.
  • Regional Projects & Change Delivery: Lead regional IT projects and local rollouts of global initiatives, managing scope, timelines, project budgets, risks, operational readiness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage regional vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, address underperformance, and drive remediation. Own the full regional IT budget lifecycle, including annual budget planning, forecasting, allocation, spend monitoring, variance management, and the identification of cost-efficiency opportunities. Partner with Global IT and Procurement on sourcing, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Governance, Standards & Operational Readiness: Implement global IT policies, security requirements, standards, and operating procedures across the region. Maintain regional documentation, ensure effective IT onboarding through the appropriate delivery teams, and promote the harmonization of approved solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Service Quality: Use service metrics, incident trends, user feedback, and vendor data to reduce recurring issues and improve service quality, efficiency, and user experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • Reliable Regional Operations: Regional service performance is transparent, recurring issues are addressed with the relevant service owners, and agreed corrective actions are tracked to completion.
  • Strong Vendor and Financial Performance: Vendors are managed against agreed SLAs and KPIs, service gaps are actively addressed, and the regional IT budget is managed effectively.
  • Successful Retail and Change Delivery: Store lifecycle activities, regional projects, and global rollouts are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets, with effective operational handover or controlled decommissioning.
  • Effective Business Partnership: Regional business needs are clearly captured, prioritized, and represented through the global demand process, with stakeholders kept informed on ownership, decisions, and progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in regional IT operations or IT service management, including responsibility for service performance, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders. Experience coordinating IT delivery in a multi-site retail environment is a plus.
