Job Description

M&A operations generate complex IT workstreams: integration or separation strategy, TSA, due diligence, Target Operating Model. This role is aimed at a Senior IT M&A Consultant capable of working across the entire transformation cycle, from the IT master plan to change management.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior IT M&A Consultant (M/F), you work with primarily major account clients on the strategic and operational aspects of their M&A operations.

  • Conduct IT transformation studies for primarily major account clients
  • Define IT operations management strategies within the context of M&A
  • Define and implement the strategic plan (IT master plan, long- and medium-term plan, strategic scoping note)
  • Audit existing processes, operational organisations, and IT infrastructures and assess their maturity to identify transaction-related risks
  • Plan and support IT integration or separation: transition plan, cost estimation, TSA development and evaluation, and exit plan
  • Conduct IT Due Diligence
  • Build business cases
  • Define and implement the Target Operating Model
  • Develop client processes, procedures, and reporting
  • Present to leadership teams
  • Participate in M&A operations
  • Support change management inherent to technology transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)
  • Supervise consultants on engagements and internal commitment workstreams
  • Work with partners and offering leads to develop the practice's offerings

Qualifications

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master's program, you have at least 5 years of successful consulting experience in M&A, IS transformation, or organizational projects.

Ideally, you have worked on diagnostics, strategy, or SI function transformation projects in the context of an integration or separation.

You have developed business skills through organizational consulting assignments.

You are able to analyze problems and provide relevant solutions related to our clients' challenges.

A technology enthusiast at heart, with excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills.

You currently master the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.

You strongly seek autonomy and responsibility.

Skills Required
