The Senior Functional Analyst is going to be responsible for business requirements, system testing, incident support, and Driving technological innovation and process automation. You are going to be part of a Global team.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for gathering business requirements and ensuring that IT projects align with the goals and needs of the business. Conducting testing to ensure that the systems work as expected, preparing test scripts, and creating user manuals.
• Provide Support to users experiencing IT incidents, investigate and document properly.
• Provide support for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitors job errors, works together with our vendors to investigate the root cause and recommend solutions.
• Monitors internal environment to ensure systems are designed and operate with an appropriate level of internal controls.
• Focus on continuous improvements and process automations.
• Compliance with Security requirements.
• Comply audit request.
• Comply with Arrow Standard Processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, business administration or computer science, or similar.
• 5+ years as an IT Functional Analyst.
• Experience working with Finance/ERP applications including functional and system administration.
• Experience working with a ticketing system and providing support.
• Project management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English skills

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Experience with Accounting, Finance or IT.
• Master's degree

Work Arrangement:
Fully remote: Must be able travel to an Arrow Office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$48,658.33 - $80,000 MXN Monthly
