As a Senior IT Engineer, you will oversee Ascenda’s internal IT systems, employee endpoints, and end-user support, ensuring that our global workforce is equipped with the right hardware, software, and tools to operate efficiently and securely. The role and requirements
- Manage a Mac-first environment (98% of our fleet) with some support for Windows devices: enrollment, configuration, software catalog, patches and updates…
- Advanced knowledge of MDM tools (Jamf, Iru, Intune etc)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO/MFA, SCIM, SAML and RBAC concepts). We use Google Workspace.
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, device, access and system issues on users devices.
- Develop, review and maintain clear ICT documentation, procedures and user guides.
- Maintain inventory of office IT assets as well as hardware stock and health.
- Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
