So, what’s the role all about?
As a QA Engineer, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products. You will develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate functionality and performance. Working collaboratively within Agile teams, you will design and execute manual test cases to ensure that we deliver high-quality products to the NICE platform on time. Throughout the project, you will communicate risks and provide updates on the product/project status. With your experience in defect prevention, you will prioritize quality assurance to prevent issues rather than just finding them.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for products, covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.
- Design, optimize, and implement test plans and cases aligned with business requirements and specifications.
- Effectively communicate QA results, project status, and risks to management and stakeholders.
- Adhere to team-defined "done" criteria for feature testing.
- Continuously improve testing lifecycle for agility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with developers, offering insights to enhance product quality and analyzing testing results for future improvements.
Have you got what it takes?
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree, strong knowledge of QA practices.
- 4+ years of software testing experience; 2+ years each in testing tools and writing SQL statements.
- Experience in Salesforce QA
- Demonstrated leadership in QA projects for 2+ years.
- Proficiency in scripting automated tests and testing web/API services.
- Thorough understanding of various testing types including Functional, Usability, Load, etc.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and decision-making skills.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in Telecommunications and VoIP Technology.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
- 4+ years of programming or scripting experience.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Familiarity with call server technologies and Cloud platforms, with preference for AWS.
