This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, AI, and operational impact, and who is excited to help shape how enterprise IT works in an AIenabled future.

Your Mission
  • Serve as a key engineer within IT Operations, shaping enterprise IT capabilities with an AIfirstsystemagnostic mindset
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve AI‑enabled operational workflows leveraging Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Copilot experiences
  • Apply AI tooling to reduce manual toil, accelerate troubleshooting, surface insights, and improve service reliability
  • Lead and execute complex technical initiatives spanning endpoint management, identity, access, collaboration, and productivity platforms
  • Provide Tier 3 / escalation‑level support for high‑impact and complex issues, including executive‑level (white‑glove) support
  • Use metrics, telemetry, and AI‑generated insights to identify trends, anticipate issues, and inform continuous improvement
  • Partner with IT leadership to mature enterprise Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management practices independent of vendor‑locked tooling
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Security, Privacy, GRC, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure solutions align with trust, compliance, and scalability standards
  • Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving requirements while maintaining operational stability
  • Champion experimentation, learning, and responsible use of AI within enterprise IT operations

Your Experience Includes
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems in a global SaaS or technology‑driven environment
  • Deeply experienced managing endpoints at scale, with strong working knowledge of all OS environments (Mac & Windows)
  • Skilled with modern MDM and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Kandji, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent), with a system‑agnostic approach
  • Hands‑on with Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Copilot capabilities, applying them to solve operational, productivity, and service delivery challenges
  • Genuinely passionate about AI, automation, and emerging technology, with real‑world experience applying AI tools beyond experimentation
  • Proven ability to lead technical work in ambiguous, fast‑moving, and incomplete problem spaces
  • Comfortable operating in highly regulated, security‑focused environments with strong attention to detail
  • Trusted partner to executives, capable of delivering polished, discreet, and high‑quality support
  • A strong systems thinker who balances technical depth with business context and user experience

Preferred Experience
  • Experience building automation using platforms such as Power Automate, low‑code/no‑code tools, or integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI copilots, LLM‑enabled tooling, or AI‑assisted operational workflows for IT or business operations
  • Exposure to cloud‑first enterprise IT architectures across identity, access, device management, and security
  • Experience collaborating across IT Ops, Security, Privacy, and Engineering in a SaaS environment
