As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and delivery of complex technology solutions that drive strategic business outcomes. You will be accountable for translating high-level business challenges into actionable insights, influencing key stakeholders, and shaping innovative solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires advanced expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery, with a strong focus on strategic impact and leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the interpretation and documentation of complex business and functional requirements
Analyze and solve business challenges through innovative technology solutions
Drive strategic planning and execution of projects/programs
Facilitate cross-functional design and review sessions with senior stakeholders
Translate business needs into high-quality user stories and technical specifications
Define and implement robust acceptance testing frameworks
Influence and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts
Apply advanced knowledge of enterprise systems and industry trends
Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
Proven expertise in Agile methodology and business analysis tools
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of enterprise-level systems and architecture
Experience leading system design, process optimization, and user testing initiatives
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to influence senior-level peers and drive consensus
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution
