Job Title: Senior IT Applications Product Lead

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Senior IT Applications Product Lead reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop software. Build software components and user interfaces for company website. Turn wireframes and mock-ups into reusable code and build UI components. Implement new website features, handle the integration of new components, and perform routine maintenance and performance optimizations. Test front-end code for browsers and mobile devices. Determine the structure and design of web pages and utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Ensure web design is optimized for smartphones using programs including ReactJS and build reusable code for future use. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Utilize markup languages to write web pages. Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, create interactions from designs, and write reusable content modules. Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale. Monitor website traffic and deliver reports on website traffic metrics. Review and optimize app usage by monitoring key metrics including Google Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse. Utilize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. permitted 5 days/week. Annual salary: $94,307.00 - 164,000.00/year.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus two years of software development experience. Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following: 1. Building software components and user interfaces for websites; 2. Turning wireframes and mock-ups into reusable code and building UI components; 3. Testing front-end code for browsers and mobile devices; 4. Utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; 5. Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating interactions from designs, and writing reusable content modules; 6. Monitoring website traffic and deliver reports on website traffic metrics; and 7. Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems.
