The Senior IT Analyst - eCommerce acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed.
This role will play a crucial role in the support and growth of eCommerce platform. This position requires a strong understanding of eCommerce concepts and usability, with responsibilities that include leading cross-organization meetings, validating designs. The role is essential for driving the end-to-end work request process from requirements inception to production launch and production support.
Role Responsibilities:

Understand the business capabilities of eCommerce applications, specifically Oracle ATG

Partners with global business and technical teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team throughout the full development lifecycle to ensure seamless project execution.

Partners with business to conduct user acceptance testing.

Support production migrations following the approved change management procedures.

Provide production support for eCommerce site. Work with team on fixing issues and participating in root cause analysis.

Lead, conduct and facilitate cross-organization meetings with platform owners, business users and technical team.

Understanding of Third-Party Tools and custom IT applications to support business objectives.

Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies

Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodology and effectively serve as a Scrum Master to facilitate team collaboration and project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts
-
3+ years in Oracle or any other eCommerce platforms

Demonstrated experience in business analysis, writing software requirements and test specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years in Oracle ATG/Endeca

Strong communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.

Strong process orientation and ability to quickly gain knowledge of business processes and capability to keep them updated on an on-going basis.

Demonstrated proficiency in Agile practices and experienced Scrum Master

Skilled in analyzing and enhancing eCommerce user interfaces to optimize user experience and engagement.
Annual Salary Range : $86,200 - $111,000 annually. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
