From managing Google Workspace and Atlassian products to troubleshooting daily issues, you’ll be the go-to person for everything IT. You'll have the autonomy to make improvements, automate processes, and scale infrastructure as we grow, while ensuring our internal systems run like clockwork.
What you'll be driving:- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for seamless functionality company-wide
- Manage internal network services and a suite of technology tools
- Set up and manage user accounts—especially in Google Workspace and Atlassian products
- Automate internal IT processes to drive efficiency and minimize manual work
- Support helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of desktop, application, and equipment issues
- Maintain and evolve internal IT documentation and policies to keep them accessible and crystal clear
- Proven experience in IT Admin or IT Helpdesk roles
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian products
- Confident navigating Windows and macOS environments
- Great communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable owning and improving internal tooling, with an eye for automation
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience using MDM tools like Jamf
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Scripting or programming skills (big plus!)
- German language skills

What We Do
Vay's first commercial service is now live in Las Vegas, Nevada: By-minute rental cars. Delivered driverless. Vay is the first company to drive a car without a person inside on public streets in Europe and the US, enabled by teledriving (e.g. remote driving) technology.
