As a Senior IT Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the infrastructure behind our platform and internal operations. Tasks
Infrastructure & Operations
* Administer and maintain Linux-based systems (Ubuntu)
* Manage cloud-based servers and infrastructure
* Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
* Maintain backup and business continuity processes
* Ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
* Maintain and support web server infrastructure (NGINX)
Security & Compliance
* Support network setup, security, and access control
* Analyze and evaluate information security incidents
* Collect and document incident evidence for risk evaluation
* Implement solutions to prevent and resolve security incidents
* Ensure confidentiality and protection of company information
Automation & DevOps
* Support CI/CD processes and related tools
* Automate operational tasks using scripting and Ansible
* Maintain Docker-based environments
* Work with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or similar tools
User & Internal IT Support
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments with focus on SharePoint
* Provide technical support for internal users and departments
* Support macOS / Apple devices and related administration tasks
* Document IT systems, tools, and operational procedures
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
* 4+ years of professional experience in IT administration or infrastructure operations
* Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu)
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Experience with Docker, Git, and shell scripting
* Familiarity with networking, access control, and IT security principles
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Reliable team player with a proactive and independent working style
* Fluent in English
