Maintain and improve cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, backups, and security. Support DevOps automation (CI/CD, Docker, Ansible), monitoring/logging solutions, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and internal user IT support including macOS devices. Detect, analyze, and remediate security incidents and document IT procedures.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and CI solutions; run system tests to ensure security, performance, and availability; manage container orchestration and large-scale cloud migrations; enforce quality management and compliance; mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders across SDLC.
