Provide Transport IP & Data support and maintenance, ensuring network reliability and performance.
Operate and maintain IP Core and Aggregation technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
Implement and troubleshoot network and routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, MPLS-VPNs, QoS, Traffic Engineering.
Configure and manage network devices: routers, switches, remote access servers, VPN concentrators, firewalls.
Ensure network security, including IOS access lists, IPsec, PIX, IPS, CheckPoint FW-1, VPNs, and related security measures.
Monitor application protocols, network performance, and traffic.
Analyze and troubleshoot protocol-level issues: HTTP(S), SOAP, IPsec, DNS(SEC), RADIUS, Diameter, TCP/IP, MPLS, MSPTP.
Support Managed Services operations, including incident management and service coordination.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving incidents promptly.
Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent level gained by experience, in Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunications / Data communications Engineering
Relevant years of experience in the field of Transport IP & Data support & maintenance

Good understanding of mobile and ISP network architecture
Expert in several of the following technologies: Routers, switches and remote access servers, preferably Juniper & Cisco
Network and routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP , MPLS , MPLS-VPNs, QOS, Traffic Eng. etc.
Network security (IOS access lists, VPN Concentrators, Access Servers , PIX, IPS, CheckPoint FW-1, IP Sec etc.)
Application protocols, network and performance monitoring.
In dept knowledge of protocols (HTTP(S), SOAP, IPSEC, DNS(SEC), Radius, Diameter, TCP/IP, MPLS, MSPTP
Fortinet firewall knowledge is a plus
