We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Fever's mobile app is one of the main ways users explore and book experiences in their cities. Helping them find relevant events easily and enjoy a smooth, personalized journey through the app is a key part of delivering a great product.

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with a strong product mindset to join the Data Team and help power the systems that make discovery and personalization smarter inside the app. This role sits at the intersection of iOS development, user behavior insights, and product intelligence, ensuring that the app not only looks great and performs smoothly, but also understands what users care about and helps them find the right events at the right time.

You won't just ship features — you'll own them end-to-end: shaping the idea, building it, defining what success looks like, measuring adoption, and iterating based on real user signals. You'll work closely with Product, Backend, and Data teams to improve how we capture and use in-app signals, enabling better recommendations, more relevant discovery surfaces, and a continuously improving user experience.

The scope

You'll be part of the Data Team, working on the mobile foundations that enable better discovery, personalization, and product understanding within the iOS app.

Rather than focusing only on user-facing features, a big part of your work will be making sure the app is structured to capture reliable user interaction signals, support AI recommendation systems, and allow teams to continuously improve the discovery experience based on real usage.

You'll collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Data teams to ensure new and existing app surfaces are:

  • Properly instrumented
  • Designed with personalization in mind
  • Technically prepared to evolve as our AI systems grow

This role combines hands-on iOS development with ownership over the quality, reliability, and evolution of the mobile data layer, helping turn user behavior into better in-app experiences at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Product Engineer to join our Data Team. This is a role for an engineer who cares deeply about user experience, product impact, and data. You will bridge the gap between our AI/recommendation capabilities and a seamless, high-performance experience on Apple platforms.

You won't just take tickets and write Swift code. You’ll own features end-to-end: shaping the idea with Product, building it, defining success metrics, and iterating based on real user data. If you love shipping fast, building clean SwiftUI layouts, and using data and AI to make discovery smarter, you’ll fit right in.

What you will do
  • Own features E2E: Partner with Product to define, build, and ship features. You will track post-launch metrics and iterate based on how millions of users actually interact with the app.
  • Make discovery smarter: Build and maintain the mobile instrumentation layer. You'll ensure the app captures high-quality signals to power our AI systems, directly improving how users find and search for events.
  • Ship fast & iterate: Build MVPs to validate ideas quickly. We value learning from real user behavior over over-engineering a perfect architecture for months.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Backend, Data, and Product teams to align mobile capabilities with our global data strategy.
Who you are
  • Solid iOS background: Strong experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and the iOS SDK. You know how to build reliable, high-scale mobile applications.
  • Product & data mindset: You care about the why behind what you build. You understand how user data and signals translate into better personalization, search, and discovery.
  • Pragmatic problem solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and ambiguity. You prefer action and continuous shipping over analysis paralysis.
  • Clear communicator: Fluent in English and comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with both engineers and data professionals.
Bonus points
  • Experience with search or recommendation engines in high-growth marketplace apps.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD and release pipelines.
  • Personal projects or apps shipped in the App Store.
Benefits & Perks
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
  • English Lessons
  • Gympass Membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
    • Base Salary: 50.000 - 65.000EUR
    • Total Compensation: 67.500 - 90.000EUR (Including Base, Variable, and Stock Options)

What We Do

Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others.
